Macarthur FC’s Inaugural Trial Match

Camden Trial

Macarthur FC will play their first ever game in a pre-season trial against local NPL side Camden Tigers on Sunday 25 October at Ron Dine Memorial Reserve, Camden.

The A-league’s newest club will officially kick off at 4pm.

With recent locally reported COVID cases, this match will be a strictly pre purchased ticketed event.

The club will be monitoring COVID case numbers closely in the lead in up to the match. Patrons are reminded that their temperature may be checked upon arrival to the ground in line with current NSW Health advice.

The Bulls are proud to partner with Camden Tigers in donating 100% of ticket proceeds to Camden Rural Fire Service to assist with their upcoming fire season.

“This is an exciting and historic moment for our club.” Macarthur FC Head Coach Ante Milicic said.

“Our squad is taking shape, and this will be a great chance for our members and fans to see the players in action for the first time.”

Macarthur FC Chairman, Gino Marra believes this is a great chance for the community to come together to honour the local firies who help protect our community each summer.

“Last summer our community was hit hard by bush fire. It was evident how short supplied our local brigades were. Assisting them in preparation for the upcoming fire season by raising money and awareness through our first match is a great honour.” Marra said.

Macarthur FC enter the national 2020/21 A-League competition, playing at Campbelltown Stadium.
