Macarthur FC and Sony Foundation are excited to partner for their first charity round, raising funds and awareness for Sony Foundation’s ‘Children’s Holiday Camp Program’ (affectionately known as Sony Camp), providing a holiday of a lifetime to children with disability, and free respite care to their parents/carers.

Sony Foundation’s ‘Children’s Holiday Camp Program’ (affectionately known as ‘Sony Camp’, is a national initiative funding and supporting over 30 camps for children with disability each year. These camps not only provide a holiday of a lifetime to children with disability, but they also provide much-needed respite for their families.
Uniquely, care is provided by year 11 & 12 teenage carers, who selflessly experience what it is like to care for children with disability. The Camps which support more than 700 children with disability each year, foster the development of personal identity, confidence and sense of community.
Sony Foundation is committed to expanding the camps further to enable more children and young people to participate in this life-changing program, with a specific focus on regional communities.
For the first time, the Macarthur FC A-League squad will wear one-off, special limited-edition, Sony Foundation kits.
Macarthur FC are proud to be able to unite the community, to make a tangible difference in the lives of children with disability. For every Sony Foundation kit sold in the Macarthur FC store, $10 will be donated to fund respite holiday camps for children with disability. All money raised through this auction will go directly to the cause.
