Macarthur FC captain Ulises Davila has been ruled out for the remainder of the 2022/23 Isuzu UTE A-League season due to a knee injury.
The 31-year-old playmaker was diagnosed with a torn meniscus after Saturday night’s clash against Newcastle Jets and underwent surgery on Wednesday.
The injury is set to sideline the Bulls captain for at least three months, meaning Davila won’t return before the end of this season.
The club wishes Davila a quick recovery and looks forward to his return ahead of the start of next season.
