M’Mombwa Extends with The Bulls

M'Mombwa Signs 2021/22

Macarthur FC are delighted to announce the resigning of midfielder Charles M’Mombwa on a one year extension.

Having made his club debut for the Bulls in the Sydney derby at Campbelltown Stadium against Sydney FC, the Liverpool local featured in 14 matches for the Bulls, finding the back of the net on two occasions.

Calmly slotting his first topflight goal in his A-League starting debut against the Newcastle Jets, M’Mombwa’s second was a crucial header, to break the deadlock in extra-time against the Central Coast Mariners, in the clubs first A-League Finals appearance.

The 23-year-old midfielder said he was grateful to be staying with the Bulls.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time under Ante. To be given the opportunity to stay and continue to develop as a player under him is something I’m extremely grateful for.” M’Mombwa said.

“Towards the end of last season, I was thoroughly enjoying my football, building in confidence each week.

“I’m looking forward to picking up where I left off and representing my area with pride this season.” M’Mombwa added.
