Premier of New South Wales announced as number 1 ticket holder.

Macarthur FC is delighted to announce that the Premier of New South Wales, the Hon. Gladys Berejiklian has accepted the Club’s invitation to be the number 1 ticket holder.

The club is very honoured to have our State Premier as the first recipient of this prestigious position.

Macarthur FC Chairman Mr Gino Marra said, the Premier’s qualities represent what the club has been founded on.

“Our Club is so pleased that the Premier was able to accept the invitation to be the number 1 ticket holder.”

“The Premier epitomizes the demographic of the region.” Mr Marra said.

“The way the Premier has led our state in an extremely challenging time, dealing with last summer’s bushfire crisis in our area and steering us though the COVID-19 pandemic has been a monumental task. I’d like to offer the thanks of the club to the Premier, her Government, and the many front-line workers that have kept us safe.”

“We will be presenting the Premier with her Club Jersey to mark the occasion at tonight’s match against Adelaide United.” Mr Marra added.

Macarthur FC would also like to acknowledge and thank all levels of Government who have shown their support of the club in particular our club ambassadors Federal Member for Hume – The Hon. Angus Taylor, Federal Member for Macarthur – Dr Mike Freelander, State Member for Campbelltown – Mr Greg Warren, State Member for Wollondilly – Mr Nathaniel Smith, Mayor of Campbelltown – Cr George Brticevic and Mayor of Camden – Cr Thresa Fedeli. and our local council partners; Campbelltown City Council, Camden Council and Fairfield City Council.
