Macarthur FC is thrilled to announce the extension of our Captain, Ulises Davila’s contract with the Bulls until the end of the 2025/26 Isuzu UTE A-League Season.
Davila’s commitment to the Bulls sees him remaining with the team for another two years, solidifying his position until the end of the 2025/26 Isuzu UTE A-League Season. Since joining the Bulls, Davila has emerged as a cornerstone of the squad, featuring in 68 matches across all competitions.
Notably, Davila’s impact extends beyond his leadership role; he has contributed significantly on the field, tallying an impressive 25 goals and 10 assists during his tenure with the Bulls. His exceptional performance on the field has earned him the title of being the club’s all-time leading goal scorer across all competitions. As Captain, Davila continues to exemplify his commitment to the team, providing both skill and guidance.
Expressing his joy at continuing his journey with the Bulls, Davila stated, “I’m very happy, to be honest. I feel this club, this place is like my home. I’m happy to stay here and spend more time with this club and play with them.”
“It was just so easy to say yes to stay here longer, trying to achieve big things with the club, and really help all the young players that are coming.”
Head Coach Mile Sterjovski echoed the sentiment, emphasising the significance of Davila’s presence for another two years. “I think we are all very happy to have Uli resign. I think we all know what it means to the club.”
