Uskok Set to Inspire the Next Generation of Bulls

Macarthur Bulls FC is proud to announce Tomislav Uskok as the newest addition to the Club’s Community Team, joining as a Senior Community Development Officer.

After making a significant impact on the pitch during his time with the Bulls, Uskok will now bring his experience, leadership and passion for football into the community, helping to inspire and develop the next generation of players across South West Sydney.

In his new role, Uskok will play a key part in delivering the Club’s community programs, including the Junior Bulls Program, EmpowerHER, FREE School Holiday Clinics and a range of grassroots football initiatives designed to engage young players and strengthen connections throughout the region.

Having represented the Bulls on the pitch, Uskok brings a unique understanding of the Club’s culture, values and connection to the South West Sydney community. Transitioning into community development, he will use the knowledge and experience gained throughout his playing career to mentor and inspire the next generation of footballers, while helping deliver impactful programs that create meaningful opportunities for participants both on and off the field.

Speaking on the opportunity, Tomi is excited to begin this new chapter with the Bulls.

“I’m excited to step into this community development role at the club and get straight to work.”

“I wanted to give back to the community that supported me during my time on the pitch and help the club engage in communities across the South West Sydney Region”

“My experience can be valuable to the programs as I’m based in South West Sydney and have been a part of all sorts of environments that value football development.

I’ve seen the football side of the Bulls and engaged with the community during my time as a player so understanding every factor will give me a great understanding of what’s required for the Bulls community team.”
