Biography
The captain of the Bulls, Luke Brattan joined the club during the 2024/25 campaign and quickly established himself as a central figure in the squad. So far, he has featured in every match of the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons and celebrated a major milestone, making his 300th A-League appearance in a Bulls jersey. Brattan’s leadership was instrumental in guiding the team to victory in the 2024 Australia Cup, as well as navigating the challenges of the AFC Champions League Two and 2025/26 A-League campaigns.
A commanding presence in midfield, Brattan combines composure, tactical intelligence, and the ability to influence games both defensively and offensively. He also contributed two spectacular goals against Adelaide United, underlining his impact on the pitch. Beyond his on-field performances, Brattan serves as a mentor and role model for younger players, providing guidance, inspiration, and leadership across the squad.
