Bulls Set Their Sights on the Newcastle Jets

As the Bulls prepare to face the Newcastle Jets, defender Oliver Jones shared his thoughts on the team’s recent loss to Adelaide United and the road ahead.

“We’re very disappointed with the result and how the game unfolded,” Jones said. “I thought we played well for most of the match.”

Despite the setback, Jones emphasised the team’s positive outlook and readiness for Sunday’s match.

“It’s still bright. We’re staying positive. Now, it’s about shifting our focus to Newcastle,” he said. “The boys are pushing each other, and we’ll be ready to fire when game day comes.”

The team has been working hard in training, ensuring they’re well-prepared.

“We’ve been putting in the work on the training field, and we’ll keep pushing in the lead-up to Sunday,” Jones added.

Recently, Jones extended his contract with the Bulls for another three seasons. Reflecting on his re-signing, he expressed his gratitude and dedication to the club.

“I’ve been with the club for a few years now, and getting the opportunity to extend my time here is amazing,” he said. “It’s time to get to work and see how far we can go.”
