Macarthur FC is delighted to announce the signing of Jed Drew, on a scholarship contract ahead of the upcoming Isuzu UTE A-League 2022/23 season.
Joining the club from academy partner Northbridge Bulls, Drew signs his first contract with an A-League team after working closely with academy coach and ex Socceroo Mile Sterjovski.
The highly talented 18-year-old midfielder will join the club under the direction of new head coach Dwight Yorke.
Speaking on signing with Macarthur FC, Drew said: “It’s a huge achievement for my family and myself and I’m very excited to show the A-League what I can bring to the field when the opportunity presents itself.
“Playing for the academy side, it’s great to see hard work pays off and young players like myself are given the chance and opportunity to play in the A-League.”
