Head of Community – Macarthur Bulls Football Club
Location: Camden, NSW
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Overview:
The Head of Community is responsible for developing and managing all community outreach and engagement programs for Macarthur Bulls FC. This includes oversight of community initiatives such as the Bulls in Schools program, Bulls Free Holiday Clinics, and the creation of new paid programs. This role ensures that the club’s community efforts align with broader strategic goals, supporting a high level of engagement and positive impact across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bulls in Schools and Bulls Free Holiday Clinics programs, expanding their reach and impact.
- Develop, launch, and manage new paid community programs that align with club values and drive revenue.
- Manage and oversee a pool of coaches dedicated to community programs, coordinating with the football department to provide training and development.
- Oversee the organisation and delivery of all community programs, ensuring alignment with club standards.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing and consumer business teams to enhance the customer experience and maximize event outcomes.
- Support match day events across A-League, Academy, and Champions League fixtures.
- Manage the community budget and P&L, optimising resources to meet financial targets.
- Drive new revenue streams through innovative program offerings and partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with local clubs and associations to support mutually beneficial football initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in community program management, preferably within the sports sector.
- Proven track record in budget management and P&L responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across departments.
