Bulls Secure Victory Over Perth on the Road

It was a late kick-off for Bulls fans as the team faced Perth Glory at HBF Park. The Bulls were determined to continue their undefeated run by securing three points to add to their tally.

The first half was electric for the Bulls. Sticking to their usual game plan, they absorbed Perth’s pressure and waited for the perfect opportunity to strike. Unfortunately for Perth, David Williams was stretchered off in the 14th minute after sustaining a match-ending injury.

The Bulls broke the deadlock in the 27th minute, with Jed Drew netting a brilliant goal from just outside the box. Only six minutes later, Drew doubled the scoreline, linking up with Kealey Adamson to bury the ball in the back of the net. Perth Glory appeared to have pulled one back in the final minutes of injury time, but it was ruled offside. The Bulls held their lead firmly as the first half came to an end.

With the fire sparked by Drew’s brace, the Bulls were ready to face any challenge that Perth threw at them during the second half. Marin Jakolis and captain Valere Germain also had their fair share of brilliant chances but they were unable to convert them into goals. Frans Deli, Dean Bosnjak, Ariath Piol, Yianni Nicolaou and Bernardo all made appearances off the bench.
