Filip Kurto extends contract with the Bulls

Polish shot stopper has extended his stay with Macarthur FC, remaining in South Western Sydney for the next season after a successful first season at the Bulls.

The experienced goalkeeper was an integral part of the Bulls defence in the 2021/22 season, bringing his European experience to the table and showcasing some incredible saves.

Kurto is looking forward to another season at the Bulls and is stoked to be staying at the club.

“I’m really happy to be at the club for another season, it’s a great club to be part of,” said Kurto.

“The staff are great here and I believe this club has the potential to grow successfully in the near future.

“I cannot wait for next season, and I look forward to helping the team achieve further success and growth.”

Macarthur FC Group CEO Sam Krslovic said, “To have Filip again for another season is essential in building on our squad for the upcoming season.”

“Filip is a great leader in the squad and drives the clubs’ values and standards both on and off the field.

“Both Dwight and I are looking forward to having two class keepers fight for the number 1 keeper on the pitch.”

“We are delighted to secure Filip for one more season as we strive for continued success and growth of the club.”
