The Bulls face a 0 – 3 Loss against Newcastle Jets at Campbelltown Stadium. This match was a must win for the Bulls as it would help to push the Bulls into the top 6. Unfortunately, the Jets proved to be too good for Macarthur and pulled a 3-goal win over their eyes.
The Bulls had a plethora of chances, with securing a total of 24 shots, but ultimately seemed to crumble – letting in three goals and allowing the Jets to take all three points from the match. Although it was an upsetting result, the match was field with adrenaline and fiery plays from both teams.

Head Coach Ante Milicic, says it’s a disappointing result but in the end our chances weren’t enough to get the 3 points.
“When you concede that early with a set piece, it made the first half quite frantic. When we came back in the second half I felt we got more control of the game and had quite a few chances but in the end it wasn’t enough,” said Milicic.
“Even though we won’t make finals, we still have another 90 minutes to play next Sunday. We will go back and take a look back at the performance and decide what our strategy will be for the match against the Wanderers next week,” said Milicic.
