he Australian Professional Leagues (APL) can confirm the Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s Round 13 clash between the Central Coast Mariners and Macarthur FC at polytec Stadium has been postponed due to torrential rain.
With over 64mm of rain falling in the last hour at polytec Stadium and more than 40mm of rain expected before kick-off, the proactive decision has been made to postpone the fixture with pitch conditions deemed unplayable.
The rescheduled time and date for the Mariners and Bulls clash will be confirmed as soon as possible. Tickets for today’s match will be honoured at the rescheduled fixture.
The APL will continue to monitor the weather and pitch conditions ahead of Sunday’s Ninja A-League Women’s fixture between the Central Coast Mariners and Perth Glory also at polytec Stadium.
