Macarthur FC was outplayed in their 3-1 loss against Melbourne Victory at AAMI Park.
The Bulls failed to take control throughout the match, not registering a shot or creating a chance in the first half.
The second-half seemed to have a glimmer of hope for the Bulls to get back into the game. However, Marco Rojas’ goal completed the win for Melbourne, meaning Apostolos Giannou’s goal was nothing but a consolation.

“I was little bit worried that we didn’t have a meaningful session before this game, particularly with the weather in Sydney, so how much did that affect us, I’m not sure,” said coach Ante Milicic.
“But in the end, we weren’t even close tonight, we were second best. We got beaten by a team that were playing with confidence.”
“We got to now find a way to get back to playing the way we can.”
