Biography
Standing at 6’3”, the commanding shot-stopper joined Macarthur FC ahead of the Isuzu UTE A-League 2021/22 Season, following previous stints with Western United and Wellington Phoenix. Since arriving at the club, Kurto has made over 120 appearances for the Bulls and played a key role in their historic Australia Cup triumphs in 2022 and 2024. He’s also become a staple in Sterjovski’s Starting XI.
Kurto has become a fan favourite at the Bulls, renowned for his remarkable reflexes and game-saving performances across all competitions. His consistency and presence between the posts have earned him the nickname ‘Pole in Goal’ and solidified his reputation as one of the A-League’s top goalkeepers.
