Need to catch up on the latest Bulls announcements? Here’s everything you need to know about what’s happening at the club!
With the 2024/25 season wrapped up, clubs across the A-League are busy building their squads for the upcoming 2025/26 season, and the Bulls are no exception. With three major competitions ahead — the Australia Cup, AFC Champions League 2 and the A-League — the Bulls are hard at work shaping the perfect squad.
A tough part of the off-season is saying goodbye to players moving on to new opportunities. This off-season, we’ve farewelled:
- Kealey Adamson (Queens Park Rangers)
- Ivan Vujica
- Daniel De Silva
- Yianni Nicolaou
- Peter Makrillos
- Jake Hollman
- Kevin Boli
- Saif-Eddine Khaoui (Red Star FC)
- Marin Jakolis (Noah FC)
We thank each of these players for their contributions and wish them all the best for the future.
Now for the good news! Several Bulls players have renewed their contracts and are ready to take on the upcoming competitions. Tomislav Uskok, Walter Scott and Kristian Popovic have all committed to the Bulls for the Australia Cup, AFC Champions League 2 and the A-League season ahead.
Captain Luke Brattan has also extended his contract and is looking forward to leading the team to more success:
“It feels great to sign on again after winning the Australia Cup last year. We want to build on that and compete for more trophies. The Bulls is a fantastic club, full of great people. It has a big future ahead that I want to be part of.”
A new season also means fresh faces. So far, three players have joined the first team on scholarship contracts: Zane Helweh, Will McKay and Sebastian Krslovic.
Joining them are championship-winning duo Callum Talbot and Harry Politidis, who arrive from reigning A-League champions Melbourne City.
One of the biggest signings this off-season is Anthony Caceres, who joins the Bulls from local rivals Sydney FC. He’s eager to make his mark:
“I’m very excited to be joining the Bulls at such a crucial time in my life and career. I hope this season we can bring a lot of joy and success to the club and our fans.”
We also welcomed a new assistant coach, Bruno Berner, who comes in after Christophe Gamel left the Bulls to be closer to his family. Bruno will work closely alongside head coach Mile Sterjovski, as the club prepares for an exciting season that includes campaigns in the A-League, Australia Cup, and AFC Champions League Two.
Pre-season is underway, so expect more exciting Bulls news soon!
